PURPLE BRAND offers a 14-day return window for all premium denim and apparel, provided items are unworn and retain their original security tags and packaging. We strive to ensure every customer finds their perfect fit and finish through a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print & Package

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original box, ensuring the PURPLE hangtags remain attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
